INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to replace elevators throughout Veteran Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) with reliable, safe, and New Modernized Elevator Systems, VANCHCS campuses Martinez and Mare Island, California. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. The Contractor shall provide five (5) New fully functional and complete Elevator Systems for the VANCHCS campus in accordance with the attached drawings; Elevator Study Project 612A4-19-00. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.
