The Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irvine Avenue, Syracuse NY 13210 has a requirement for A/E services to perform the studies to estimate the costs associated with extending the life of the existing garage and constructing a new smaller parking garage in the location of building 16, to include: Demolition of an existing 3,700 square foot single story office building (building #16), relocation of adjacent bulk oxygen storage tanks, and the construction of a small parking structure to accommodate 130 to 180 parking stalls which would replace a current off-site parking lease for overflow parking.
