The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge of solutions for eliminating metal and plastic debris from soil in an area of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) campus that will be used for electromagnetic induction (EMI) sensor testing. BACKGROUND: ERDC-CRREL in Hanover, NH requires a test site in the ground for EMI sensor testing under varying weather conditions.
