No, line items for semi-annual fixed suppression system maintenance should incorporate the price of a single annual nozzle replacement, when required by the manufacturer, to be completed in February of each year. The fire system cartridges for the systems present need replaced once every 12 years, or only if low on pressure depending on the manufacturer.
