The BPA will be established in accordance with commercial acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12.201-1(e)(3) (GSA Class deviation RFO-2025-12). The total estimated value of the BPA is $4.5 Million and will expire five years from the effective date. Any quantities, or historical demand information provided by the Government are estimates only. They are provided for evaluation and planning purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of order.
