Dear Vendor, The Government hereby cancels Solicitation FA805226PR010, effective as of the solicitation closing date, 15 October 2025. This action is necessitated by the ongoing government shutdown. As stated in the original solicitation, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before or after the closing date. In the event of cancellation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse vendors for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of proposals. Vendors submit their proposals at their own risk and expense, and by doing so, release the Government and 773 ESS from any claims or liabilities arising from the solicitation process.
