BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA) FOR CHEMICAL BIOLOGICAL RADIOLOGICAL NUCLEAR AND EXPLOSIVE (CBRNE) DEFENSE EFFORTS UNDER PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS, AND PROTOTYPES UNDER OTHER TRANSACTIONS AGREEMENTS
The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) mission is to provide innovative chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) defense capabilities to enable the Joint WarfightersÂ’ dominance on the battlefield and interagency defense of the homeland. Mission areas and technical points of contact for within DEVCOM CBC are shown in Section VII of this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). Proposals are sought from all eligible sources as specified herein, including educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and private industry. This BAA provides general information, proposal preparation instructions, evaluation and selection criteria, and award administration.
