The project begins at the intersection of Utah State Route 39 and Causey Road, located approximately 10.5 miles east of Huntsville, Utah. The project includes improvements along Causey Road, Wheat Grass Canyon Road, and Skull Crack Road. The project is in rolling terrain within the elevation ranging from 5464.75 to 5779.21 feet. Proposed improvements include schedules and options: Schedule A: 4R improvements consisting of 0.65 miles on Causey Road and Wheat Grass Canyon Road. Option X: Beaver Creek structure replacement. Option Y: 4R improvements consisting of 0.56 miles on Skull Crack Road. Option Z: 3R improvements consisting of 1.39 miles on Causey Road.
