The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, James J Peters VA Medical Center, 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468 intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Tekton CC, LLC for Vacuum Pump System Replacement, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.303-2. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, material, and special equipment necessary to perform the installation of a new EMSE stack mounted Medical Vacuum System at the James J. Peters V.A. Medical Center Campus located at 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468.
