Amendment 01: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO INCLUDE A FLOOR PLAN AND PHOTOS IN THE ATTACHEMENTS This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items issued by the 23rd Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA483025Q0088 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 23 PA bldg 115 needs to remove current carpet and install tile carpet in their building, utilizing the existing USAF Carpet Contract guide. The building is located on Moody AFB, GA. A new tile carpet system will replace the old rolled carpet system, easier to repair/replace when damaged. A hurricanes caused a water leak that has stained and caused a foul smell in the current carpet. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, waste disposal and transportation required to accomplish this requirement TO THE highlighted area is to be replace, missing sq ft of carpet to be replaced STATED IN THE REPLACE AREA DOCUMENT.
