The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is soliciting for scientific, engineering, and technical services required for the design, development, fabrication, integration, test, fleet implementation, and maintenance of Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG) based simulation systems. The Government requires support system installations and updates required for the following five categories of Navy fleet training systems: Submarine Team, Navigation, Surface, Surveillance, and On-Board. The Government requires design, development, integration, testing, delivery, installation, and maintenance of fielded systems. The Government requires technical engineering support for simulation and training system capabilities to existing fleet onsite maintenance personnel for the operational systems. The Government also requires support for tactical testing and analysis system configurations for common simulation and tactical subsystems utilized in these trainers. The Government is soliciting this requirement as full-and-open competition.
