NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE SOURCE: SDV Office Systems LLC for Wayfinding and Signage supplies. Response Due Date: September 17, 2025 by 12:00PM. Requirement: The VA Central Western Massachusetts HCS requires new signage and signage upgrades to support wayfinding and daily operations of the Medical Facilities. The new visual communication package will need to match the current signage standard. The proposed procurement is for products which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one brand name under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 339950.
