NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED ACQUISITIONS This is not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotes. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland AFB, TX. JCC2 is planning acquisition activities for three programs in the portfolio. The Government has experienced changes to requirements and acquisition strategies. To maintain clear communication with industry the Government is providing the following updates on the programs: Battle Management Support Capability (BMSC) Summary of Requirement: The BMSC requirement has been replaced with Joint Cyber Command and Control Readiness (JCC2-R) requirement. See information on new requirement below.
