The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) BroadSim Solo with T1000 GPU (QTY 1 EA); ITEM 2) BSIM GPS L1 C/A, (Qty 1 EA); ITEM 3) BroadSim Solo UMS 1 Year. This requirement is sole sourced to Safran Federal Systems 1610 SW Main St, Suite 202 Ankeny, IA 50023 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to these items being proprietary to Safran who manufactures, sells and supports these items directly.??This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.?
