***Update: Phase 2 of the solicitation was issued on September 15, 2025 to those offerors who were selected to continue in Phase 2. Phase 2 is open only to the offerors who were selected to participate in Phase 2. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for design and construction of a site-specific debris boom at Harry S. Truman Dam in Warsaw, Missouri. This will be a design-build construction project. The requirements are described in more detail in the solicitation. This RFP is being conducted in accordance with the two-phase design-build selection procedures authorized in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 36.3. The solicitation was posted in the PIEE Solicitation Module. Copies of the solicitation and the attachments are also attached below for convenience.
