This is a public announcement for a Request for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Qualifications in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6, Selection of Firms for Architect-Engineer Contracts, Defense and Department of the Air Force supplements, and the Brooks Act. Price proposals are not requested with this announcement and will not be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of three (3) A-E Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) single-award task order contracts (SATOC) with the most highly qualified firms following evaluation, selection, and negotiation. One (1) to a large business and two (2) to small businesses. Each awarded contract will have a (five) 5-year ordering period. The minimum contract obligation will be $2,000. The maximum quantity of all orders awarded under any single contract award shall not exceed $9,900,000 for the 5-year ordering period. The ordering period start date is anticipated to be January 5, 2026. Orders issued under each contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price using fully burdened pre-priced rates.
