Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of Containerized Generator Cables. If you are a qualified firm interested in participating in this RFQ, please follow the instructions, complete the relevant sections of the attached document and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 18, which is attached to this letter. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections: Standard Form SF-18 Basic information, statement of work Pricing The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
