Purpose and Objectives: VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with South Western Communications, Inc., Large Business, for Rauland Response 5 Software Services of equipment located at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. South Western Communications, Inc. has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203.
