NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSOLIDATE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS 1. INTRODUCTION This is a Special Notice of Intent to Consolidate contract requirements. This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 7.107-3(b), "Notification to the public."
