This sources sought is issued by Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) solely for information and planning purposes in support of market research being conducted to identify capable sources that can supprt ALSO Laboratory Support Operations. The contractor shall provide qualified supervision, personnel, and services required to support facility management, laboratory reconfiguration operations, logistics support and constuction, encompassing all facility square footage assigned to AFRL Technical Directorates This is a Sources Sought (SS). This is not a presolicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) and is not to be construed as any commitment by the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract and or pay for any quote preparation costs. The Government will not accept quotes at this time. This notice is not an offer by the Government to enter into a contract.
