DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor will provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the repair of the gutter system to ensure proper water flow and prevent any potential damage to the building. Place of Performance: USCG Station Cape Disappointment 322 Coast Guard Rd. Ilwaco, WA 98624 Special qualifications: The contractor shall remove the existing gutter system on the Station School House building at USCG Station Cape Disappointment. The contractor shall install a new gutter system, including approximately 750 linear feet of gutters, downspouts, and all necessary hangers and fixtures to ensure proper drainage. The installation must meet current USCG facility standards and local building codes. The contractor shall also inspect and repair any damaged fascia boards or soffits associated with the gutter system to ensure structural integrity and proper function.
