The purpose of this individual J&A is to modify the existing firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) commercial contract to add 1 one-year optional ordering period and 1 six-month optional ordering period. The total contract duration including this modification will be 6 years and 6 months. This individual J&A will increase the ceiling amount from on existing contract This contract provides digital access for the provision of a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified aeronautical database, the associated Flight Information Publications (FLIP), an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), a global flight planning application, and 24/7 technical support deemed to be a commercial supply as defined in FAR 2.101.
