This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-25-R-00051 U&O Pavement (Fort Duchesne, UT) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to replace existing asphalt paving for parking, construction of new asphalt parking areas, restriping of parking lots, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, new curb ramps, correction of drainage issues, new irrigation lines, and grass sowing. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Center in Fort Duchesne, Utah, 84026, on the Uintah and Ouray (U & O) Reservation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from date of notice of proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).
