Special Notice

This was a procurement for a commercially available, highly mobile, all-terrain amphibious personnel carrier, a dedicated amphibious trailer and 5-year maintenance services to support all-terrain operations in extreme Arctic conditions. The vehicle must accommodate 8 passengers, weigh under 6,500 lbs, and feature hydrostatic steering and transmission for winter and amphibious operations. It will have a 74 HP 4-cylinder diesel engine (no DEF required), meeting EPS Tier 4 Final EU Stage V emissions standards, and joystick steering. Performance includes towing 2,200 lbs, climbing 35 inclines, and operating on 22 sidehills. The vehicle includes an Arctic weather package with heaters, ventilation fans, and studded tires. Safety and utility features include electronic inclinometers, winches, bilge pumps, LED lighting, and tow packages.
