Page 5 of 5 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain preventative maintenance and repair services for DRX equipment. Period of performance: Anticipated 02/01/2026 01/31/2027 with a provision of four (4) option years. Basic description of the requirement: Carestream Health, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the sole authorized provider of equipment/software, maintenance and support. Carestream Health, Inc. will provide a preventative maintenance and repair contract to include necessary travel, labor, equipment, tools and materials, OEM parts, repair services, telephone and remote diagnostic support, and software updates to the hardware and software in place as required, and preventative maintenance.
