The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC is issuing this pre- solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming solicitation N6523626R0101 (previously known as N6523624R0101).NIWC Atlantic requires support for the design, development, delivery, and sustainment of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Emergency Management System (EMS) solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and various federal agencies. The proposed contract will provide streamlined delivery of ESS and EMS solutions to the warfighter at shore installations worldwide in response to time sensitive, emergent mission and special security program requirements. The scope of this contract covers the entire spectrum of outcomes associated with the full lifecycle of delivery and support of ESS/EMS capabilities. This acquisition requires experience with specific Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solutions and variations of project environments that range in risk and complexity based on size and other factors.
