The South Carolina Army National Guard anticipates issuing a solicitation directly to at least three service providers and sources for the SCARNG Regional Aviation Phase Support Center regarding AH-64E maintenance support using the procedures outlined in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.201-1. The intended set aside is an 8(a) small business set-aside. The intended NAICS is 488190 with the associated small business size standard is $40.0 Million, and the intended PSC is J016. Anticipated Award Date: On or before 04/14/2027. The National Guard Bureau, on behalf of the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG), requires non-personal aviation maintenance services. The contractor shall perform Field and Sustainment Level maintenance support to include: Production control (PC), Quality Control (QC), Supply Management, scheduled / unscheduled maintenance, and repair of aircraft, as well as launch and recovery of aircraft prior to and after the conduct of flight activities.
