EC - ECAO PHONE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 811210. The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a purchase order to Evolve Technologies, LLC for ShoreTel IP Voice Communications Systems support in Colorado. The Government believes that only one responsible source can meet this requirement. The contractor shall provide all the required integration services and will include additional site license and maintenance support for all requirements issued under the contract. Reclamation utilizes Evolve Technologies, LLCs proprietary technical and design information for the set up and programming of the Mitel (formerly ShorTel) phone system. ShorTel used Evolve Technologies, LLC as a local service provider, this continued with the transition to Mitel.
