The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) GNAT Pro Enterprise for Ada to develop Ada Software for x86 VxWorks 6.x (32bits) cross hosted on x86 Windows PN: T5-ENT-ADA/VX6X86WIN Qty: 1 and GNAT Pro Enterprise for Ada to develop Ada Software for x86 Windows (32 bits) native PN: T5-ENT-ADA/X86WIN Qty: 1 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to Ada Core is the sole source provider of support services for the GNAT products. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.?
