This is a pre-solicitation notice only, do not respond. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Armored Car Courier Services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, Agent Cashier and Canteen Service, located in Battle Creek, MI. The Government intends to publish an 100% Small Business set-aside Open Market solicitation on or about 09/15/2025. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Offeror section of the solicitation for Armored Car Courier Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 561613 Armored Car Services with a size standard of $43 Million. Responses will be evaluated via comparative evaluation utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, see solicitation for specific evaluation criteria. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The closing date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 09/19/2025 at 11:00AM ET.
