Grounds Maintenance base year plus 4 option years at the Omaha/Fort McPherson National Cemeteries. Purpose of amendment 0003 is to provide answers to vendors' questions, the vendor site visit attendee list, a revised E.2 52.212 paragraph (A) Sub-Factor 2 (i.e. the Instructions to Offerors_Evaluation Criteria section), a revised Price Schedule Excel spreadsheet, and a revised performance work statement and CLIN structure. Also included in this amendment 0003, in accordance with 52.215-1(d), Offer Expiration Date, offerors' proposals will be valid for ninety (90) days after the deadline for offers. Amend 0003 invites vendors to submit another round of questions in response to the information provided in amendment 0003. Lastly, the deadline for offers has been extended to 8/29/25. (see attachments).
