This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center – Environmental Laboratory (EL) has a requirement for a Custom Enclosed Trailer.
