INTRODUCTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is issuing this Sources Sought notice and conducting market research as a means to identify the interest and capabilities of both small and large business entities for the maintenance dredging of Ludington Harbor in Mason County, Michigan and Pentwater Harbor in Oceana County, Michigan. The Contractor is expected to mobilize dredge to both Ludington Harbor and Pentwater Harbor and demobilize when dredging is complete. Ludington Harbor will be dredged using the box method targeting shoaling in Station -29+00 to -9+50 to 33' Depth +1' Over Depth and in Station -9+50 to 7+50 to 29.5' Depth +1' Over Depth.
