CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a pre-solicitation notice for a stand-alone contract to provide demolition and construction of an existing Fuels Management and Laboratory Facility, Eielson AFB, Alaska. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) solicitation. North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Industry. A solicitation will be available on this site and PIEE on or about 21 April 2025. The performance period will be approximately 730 calendar days. The Government intends to award one contract.
