The proposed contract will be awarded as a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) action to: L1 Enterprises INC. 618 W Patrick ST Frederick, MD 21701-4028 Description of Services or Supplies: This requirement is for Annual Comprehensive and Preventive maintenance services for 231 Government-owned ScrubEx machines located within BAMC pursuant to the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. §1901(e)(2) as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.
