The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) seeks an E-Discovery tool for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) to conduct document searches and reviews to support its diverse litigation, investigative and regulatory compliance efforts and requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act or Privacy Act, the United States Congress, FCC Office of Inspector General and/or any other agency such as the Department of Justice.
