Diving Services IDIQ, Tulsa District. The primary geographic boundary for work executed under this contract is the Southwestern Division Tulsa Districts covering southern Kansas, Oklahoma, and northern Texas. This project is to provide diving services at USACE - Tulsa District Projects to conduct powerhouse inspections, emergency response, and lock and dam inspections. The dive contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, instruments, tools, safety gear, and transportation to accomplish the required services.
