INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System, North Little Rock, AR is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to provide insulation and jacketing to the steam tunnel and steam line trench for Bldg. 182 and 111, respectively, at the V.A.
