Purpose This is a sources sought synopsis in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources for non-personnel services contract to provide a Rockwell Sabreliner aircraft, along with a qualified Sabreliner flight instructor(s), for Qualitative Evaluation (QE) flights at the US Air Force (USAF) Test Pilot School (TPS) . 2.
