Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with GEORGE R JUSTEN & SON FUNERAL HOME, PC. Contractor shall provide parking spaces for fifteen (15) parking spaces adjacent to the McHenry CBOC. The spaces shall be accessible by the VA during the CBOC hours of operation. The contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, supervision, snow removal and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide 15 parking spaces as defined in this Statement of Work. Parking spaces shall be within a .5-mile walk of 3715 Charles J. Miller Rd, McHenry, IL 60050. Parking spaces shall be accessible on foot without crossing third party private property, roadways or open fields. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
