Presolicitation NAICS 334290

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0042121G0005 to Rockwell Collins, Inc. (RCI), 400 Collins Rd., NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 for the AN/ARC-210(V) documentation that includes the addition of the T-1120 Continental U.S. (CONUS) frequency table for Second generation Anti-jam Tactical Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Radio NATO (SATURN) and a solution for the Y2K38 rollover bug. Execution of this modernization effort, referred to as STGM, includes Systems Requirement Review (SRR) to support an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for the RT-1990A(C) and RT-1939A(C) radios. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
