Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support to US Forest Service SD3-60 Sherpa, DHC-6 Twin Otter, and DHC-2 Beaver aircraft used in support of wildland firefighting. USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Aviation Branch intends to procure, by means of other than full and open competition Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Support for nine (9) SD3-60 Shorts Brothers Sherpa aircraft, two (2) DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft, and three (3) DHC-2 Beaver aircraft located throughout the United States. The intent is to negotiate a 5-year multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with DeHavilland Aircraft of Canada, to procure OEM support of the Short Brothers SD3-60 Sherpa, Twin Otter, and Beaver aircraft.
