NOTICE OF INTENT FOR PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A NON-COMPETITIVE CONTRACT in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source." The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS) intends to issue a single source award to CenturyLink Communications, LLC d/b/a Lumen Technologies Group to provide Boyers Local Phone Service for The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The intent is to solicit, negotiate, and issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order award in accordance with 41 U.S.C.1901, FAR 13.106-1(b), and 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), where CenturyLink Communications, LLC is the only one source determined to be reasonably available for award. The estimated Period of Performance (PoP) is for a base period of one-year, with four one-year option periods.
