Amended 001 is to add an Optional Site Visit for July 16th at 9am All other items remain the same SF 30 MUST BE SIGNED AND SENT IN WITH YOUR QUOTE The purpose of this contract is to provide Security System Monitoring and Annual Equipment Inspection with Service and Repairs at 51 Mill Pond Road, Hamden, Connecticut Central Station monitoring for burglary and fire for the main building and annex building. One (1) year contract with four (4) option years. Annual Inspection of all equipment. Service and repairs shall not be performed without prior authorization from the CO and COR. Repairs outside the scope or routine monitoring and inspection shall be negotiated and authorized through a contract modification before work begins. Annual inspection of equipment shall be done to ensure equipment is working properly. If service or repairs are needed during the contract period, the cost will be added to the contract. The contractor shall comply with all OSHA standards for employee safety. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure its employees are properly trained and equipped for potential hazards.
