This is an admendment to Eaton and Liebert certification to read: From: OEM Eaton and Liebert certification for preventitive maintenance To: Preventive maintenance shall be performed by qualified technicians with demonstrated UPS experience. OEM-certified technicians shall be used only if tasks require proprietary software access or factory-only tools. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 Effective on 7 August 2025.
