Presolicitation NAICS 336611

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-26-R-4420 for the execution of the FY26 USS AUGUSTA (LCS 34) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). Upon a contractors completion of this Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability, the ship shall be capable of carrying out its mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability. USS AUGUSTA (LCS 34) FY26 DSRA will be approximately 13 months, beginning in September 2026 and completing in September 2027. The approximate Availability duration will be specified in the solicitation. If the Navy issues a solicitation for this CNO Availability, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) will guide the acquisition.
