Department of Veterans Affairs Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract for pest management services to CDS Services Inc. The award will be made utilizing FAR 8.405-6. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A, under an urgent and compelling need exists. Description of Requirement: The requirement is for comprehensive pest management services including, but not limited to, the following: Routine inspections and treatment applications. Emergency pest management services. Use of environmentally friendly pest control methods. Detailed reporting and documentation of all activities.
