This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Nikon Instruments Inc located at 1300 Walt Whitman RD, Melville, New York 11747-3001, USA. Supplies will be delivered from 10/01/2025 through 09/30/2026 under NAICS 811210. The Vendor shall provide maintenance support for Nikon C2 Scanner Module, A1R-HD25 Scanner Module, and A1RMP Scanner Module located at the Southeastern Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies.
