National Consumer Law Center has been identified as the only source capable of providing the required content in an arrangement that suits the needs of the CFPB. The proposed contractor’s unique qualifications and the nature of the acquisition requires use of the authority cited as follows: The National Consumer Law Center is the sole producer of this unique content (see list below) and they do not license or authorize any other provider to sell and support access and use of the content on their platform. This scholarly material is specific and unique and is not published elsewhere. It is highly referenced and cited by professionals in the field of consumer law. No equivalent content can replace the specific research produced and available in this collection of treatises by the National Consumer Law Center.
