**Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to: Post the Governments responses to the questions submitted following the site visit held on 7 October 2025. Extend the quote due date from 28 October 2025 to 3 November 2025. Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) updating the quantities shown in Appendix D. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
